Excellent service the item arrived within two days. Quality was far better than the original canopy and i shall be telling our family and friends about Gazebo Spare Parts.

I contacted Gazebo Spare Parts for help sourcing a new canopy for my swing seat. Ashleigh was quick to respond and very helpful. After supplying her with measurements and photo's of the swing seat.
I bought a canopy which arrived quickly and fitted perfectly. Superb customer service - thank you!

Fast dispatch and advertised as The Range product
Description tells you but the photo is very misleading as nothing like the picture.
It fits but 8 holes are in this which simply makes you get very wet, material is useless compared to The Range product
They said send it back but I've sealed the holes up and will make do for now.
When messaged them they said it's a sun shade and not rain proof.
Do they expect me to bring my pub/roof indoors when it rains?
Very disappointing product
This will last one year then go in the bin

Bought grey gazebo curtains for a Homebase rattan gazebo match perfectly with the grey canopy cover and are excellent quality, I had a faulty curtain with a pull that was the full length of 1 curtain, I emailed and sent photos & Ashleigh sent out a replacement immediately which matches my others. Can’t fault my experience and will definitely shop here again in the future.

Excellent service these where the only people I could find that would supply a 2.25 metre diameter replacement parasol cover made specifically for a parasol sold by The Range. I got exactly what I ordered it fits perfectly, is the colour I ordered and came quite promptly. In fact would say its better than the original.

Contrary to other reviews I have nothing but praise for this company. I have a cheaper range bar/gazebo which got the canopy badly damaged in the winter. I tried searching for specific replacement covers but the company I bought from was unable to help. I sent Gazebo Spare Parts an email and asked if they could identify a replacement cover and after a couple of emails back and forward confirming dimensions an appropriate replacement was identified. I ordered it, followed the fitting instructions and it fits perfectly. 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for giving me another year or two out of my tired gazebo.

Ordered two canopies in Standard beige color and received a darker color instead (definitely not beige). When I reported this, the shop said there was a mistake made on their side, during packing. When moving ahead to return the items and asked to send them pictures of the product, they said that the color was correct and I would be charged for any returns. Their website is inaccurate and product color shown in images do not match the products sent.

Gazebo roof had mice holes in it. they ignored my messeges. Stank of urine too. awful company.
